Spice Up Your Sex life, Literally!
There are many myths out there of certain food being “aphrodisiacs” with little or no scientific basis to support these claims. But a new research conducted at the University of Guelph in southern Ontario reveals that some spices might actually spice up your sex life.
Two of the top libido boosting substances are saffron, a spice derived from the flower of the saffron crocus, and ginseng, the root of a plant that grows in the northern hemisphere of Asia.
I think this is great news. With the increase use of sex drugs like Viagra and Cialis, which are now even prescribed to men in their mid-twenties, I believe that turning to more natural alternatives is indeed the way to go.
So if you find that the fires of lust are burning a little low, try incorporating these ingredients to your next romantic meal. Their aphrodisiac properties might give you the extra spark you were looking for.
